元谋古人类历史文化旅游项目是云南省十大历史文化旅游项目之一。由山东菏泽交通集团控股的云南凤凰文化旅游实业有限公司开发建设。项目优据魅力独具的云南楚雄自治州元谋县城西部的凤凰山上，东临成昆铁路（热水塘村），南抵元双公路，西以普登河、勐岗河为界，北至普登村，规划面积27395亩，其中核心区5258亩，总投资85亿元。

Yuanmou ancient human history and culture tourism project is one of the top ten historical and cultural tourism projects in Yunnan Province. Yunnan Fenghuang Cultural Tourism Industry Co., Ltd., which is controlled by Shandong Heze transportation group, is developed and constructed. The project is located on Fenghuang Mountain in the west of Yuanmou County, Chuxiong Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. It is adjacent to Chengdu Kunming Railway (hot water pond village) in the East, yuanshuang highway in the south, Pudeng River and menggang River in the West and Pudeng village in the north. The planning area is 27395 mu, including 5258 mu of core area and 8.5 billion yuan of total investment.
원 모 고대 인류 역사 문화관 광 프로젝트 는 운남성 10 대 역사 문화관 광 프로젝트 중의 하나 이다.산동 하 택 교통 그룹 이 지배 하 는 윈 난 펑 황 문화관 광 사업 유한 공사 개발 건설.프로젝트 는 독특한 매력 을 가 진 윈 난 초 웅 자치주 원모 현성 서부의 봉황 산 에 위치 하고 동쪽 은 성 곤 철도 (뜨 거 운 물 당 촌), 남쪽 은 원 쌍 도로 에 임 하고 서쪽 은 푸 등 하, 맹 강 하 를 경계 로 하 며 북쪽 은 푸 등 촌 까지 계획 면적 은 27395 묘 이 고 그 중에서 핵심 구역 은 5258 묘 이 며 총 85 억 위안 을 투자 한다.

项目开发思路为：抓住省委、省政府统一部署开发建设10大历史文化旅游项目的重大机遇，进一步加强对元谋人及其文化的挖掘、保护、展示和开发。通过建设一个文化景区、一个旅游服务区、一个休闲度假区、一个热坝田园山谷休闲区，打造一个文化旅游产业新城、国家AAAAA级景区和国家级旅游渡假区。将古人类遗产与历史文化、旅游产业、现代农业等有机结合，多产业融合发展，增强古人类文化的吸引力，深度挖掘其文化内涵，开发面向中高端市场、相互紧密联系、文化含量较高的集文化体验、科普探奇、温泉度假、养生度假、避寒度假、运动休闲、农业观光、商务会务等功能于一体的世界古人类体验旅游区，中国内陆冬季度假首选地。预计到2017年项目建成后年游客接待量100万人次，实现旅游总收入7亿元，直接带动就业人口4000人。到2020年游客接待量达450万人次，实现旅游总收入40亿元，直接带动就业人口1.5万人。

It is estimated that by 2017, after the completion of the project, the annual tourist reception will reach 1 million person times, the total tourism income will be 700 million yuan, and 4000 people will be directly employed. By 2020, the number of tourists will reach 4.5 million, the total tourism income will reach 4 billion yuan, and 15000 people will be directly employed.
프로젝트 개발 방향 은 성 위원회, 성 정부 가 통일 적 으로 배치 하고 10 대 역사 문화관 광 프로젝트 를 건설 하 는 중대 한 기 회 를 잡 아 원모인 과 그 문화 에 대한 발굴, 보호, 전시 와 개발 을 강화 하 는 것 이다.하나의 문화 관광지, 하나의 관광 서비스 구역, 하나의 레저 휴양 지, 하나의 열 댐 전원 산곡 레저 구 를 건설 함으로써 문화관 광 산업의 뉴 타 운, 국가 AAAAAAAA 급 관광지 와 국가 급 관광 휴양 지 를 구축한다.고대 인류 유산 과 역사 문화, 관광 산업, 현대 농업 등 을 유기 적 으로 결합 시 키 고 다 산업 융합 발전 을 통 해 고대 인류 문화 의 흡인력 을 강화 하고 그 문화 적 의 미 를 깊이 있 게 발굴 한다. 중 고급 시장 을 대상 으로 하고 밀접 한 관 계 를 가 지 며 문화 적 함량 이 높 은 문화 체험, 과학 보급 탐 기, 온천 휴가, 휴양 휴가, 추 위 를 피 하 는 휴가, 운동 레저, 농업 관광 을 개발 한다.비 즈 니스 회무 등 기능 을 하나 로 합 친 세계 고대 인류 체험 관광지, 중국 내륙 겨울 휴가 의 최 우선 선택 지.2017 년 프로젝트 가 완 성 된 후에 관광객 수 는 100 만 명 에 달 하고 관광 총 수입 7 억 위안 을 실현 하 며 취업 인 구 를 4000 명 으로 이 끌 어 갈 것 으로 예상 된다.2020 년 까지 관광객 접 대 량 은 450 만 명 에 달 했 고 관광 총 수입 은 40 억 위안 으로 취업 인 구 를 1.5 만 명 으로 이 끌 었 다.

项目规划建设四大功能片区，即世界源境文化探奇区、五洲小镇综合服务区、龙山云岭温泉度假区、热坝田园山谷休闲区。

主要以展示和体验元谋文化为主题，提供科普展示、文化体验及山地运动等文化旅游休闲体验及文化交流平台。规划建设世界古人类文化体验馆、世界古猿谷、东方人类共祖祭坛、远古广场、摩登原始部落5个项目，打造世界祈福平台，汇天下为一大家，感受同祖同宗的“血脉感”。建成后具有世界最奇幻的古人类起源文化园——世界古猿谷和世界最高的古人类雕塑——“元谋人”雕塑。

With the theme of showing and experiencing Yuanmou culture, it provides cultural tourism leisure experience and cultural exchange platform such as popular science exhibition, cultural experience and mountain sports. 主要提供休闲度假、休闲娱乐、生态居住等综合功能，打造集旅游、度假、医疗于一体的休闲养生、养老度假区。规划建设独臂悬崖温泉酒店、摩诃疗养中心、龙山颐谷、龙山云顶酒店、龙山体育公园5个项目。建成后具有世界最惊险的温泉—猿臂悬崖温泉酒店和世界最绿色的养生度假区——龙山颐谷。
